The Consulate is a private circle of friends who help one another through connections, favors, and the occasional well-timed phone call. If you need something done, someone here knows a guy.

Each week, members gather in a private room of a discreet restaurant in the La Jolla area. Location is disclosed to members only. Conversation is encouraged; minutes are not kept.

We are not hiding anything. We simply prefer not to mention it.
